Shipping and Returns
Smitten Pets hand-pack and wrap ensuring items arrives to you in the condition they leave us. We strive for prompt processing and endeavour to post all orders within 48 hours of payment (Monday – Friday).
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Regular Parcel Post or Express Post. Domestic delivery times vary between 1 - 3 business days of shipping, dependent on your location.
Rates are in accordance to Australian Post and Fastway Standards
International orders are shipped using postage tracking services (Registered or Pack & Track). International delivery times vary between 3 - 10 business days, plus customs processing time. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, please contact your local customs authority for details and rates. Smitten Pets cannot be held responsible for any such charges.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Smitten Pets vouchers and sale items cannot be returned. When your return is received within 7 days of delivery and inspected, we will send an email to notify you if your refund has been accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping expensive items, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is rare for items to go missing, but we just cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
