Smitten Pets is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Your information will be used internally only for the purpose of ensuring the best levels of customer service; in fulfilling your order, gaining knowledge of what products our customers want, and mailing special offers and promotions from Smitten Pets..

We will only contact you for customer service purposes, and when you have indicated you would like to receive information on special offers and promotions. You may choose not to receive these types of notifications.

Submitting an order:

When you submit an order, we will retain the following information for our records:

1. your contact details;
2. the details of your order;
3. your computers IP address; and
4. a reference to a referrer if applicable.

If you would like to view or correct your contact details on our system, or ask for them to be removed, please contact our Operations Manager who will be able to assist you.

We also securely store your credit card information (encrypted) until we dispatch your order and process the payment. We then delete your credit card information and store the payment reference number provided by our financial institution (bank).

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.
