Postage and Delivery

Your gift from Smitten will be hand-packed and wrapped to ensure it arrives to you in the same condition it leaves us. Smaller items like collars and leads will be wrapped in tissue and sent in a post ready box. Larger items like beds will be wrapped in plastic and sent in a post ready box.

We aim to get your order to you as fast as we can and will pack and ship your order within 24 hours. To make ordering easy for you, a flat shipping rate applies to all Express Post parcels of $8.50. Express Post is run by Australia Post and delivers overnight to their Express Post Network. Locations that fall outside this network are delivered to as quickly as possible.

You can request your parcel to be sent via Registered Mail at an additional cost. If you wish for your article to be delivered via Registered Mail, you should indicate this in the Comments section of the checkout process and a Smitten Sales Representative will contact you to confirm the details. The cost of a parcel through Registered Post will be determined according to the weight and the destination by our carrier, Australia Post.
