Payment Terms
Smitten accepts all major Credit Cards including:

Postage and Delivery
Your gift from Smitten will be hand-packed and wrapped to ensure it arrives to you in the same condition it leaves us. We aim to get your order to you as fast as we can and will pack and ship your order within 48 hours provided your gift is in stock otherwise allow 7 days To make ordering easy for you, a flat shipping rate applies to all Express Post parcels of $7.00. Any special offers or discounts will be added manually upon receipt of your order and you will be advised of the charge before final payment is made. Express Post is run by Australia Post and delivers overnight to their Express Post Network. Locations that fall outside this network are delivered to as quickly as possible.
You can request your parcel to be sent via Registered Mail at an additional cost. If you wish for your article to be delivered via Registered Mail, you should indicate this in the Comments section of the checkout process and a Smitten Sales Representative will contact you to confirm the details. The cost of a parcel through Registered Post will be determined according to the weight and the destination by our carrier, Australia Post.

Shipping and Returns
Smitten will exchange any faulty item within 14 days of receipt of delivery and delivery charges will be covered by Smitten. Delivery date is considered to be 4 business days after the date of dispatch. Return of non-faulty items may be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery, however Smitten will not cover delivery costs. To exchange products, the goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging and be fit for resale. Goods that have been opened, used, tags or packing removed, or goods sold on a "no return basis" cannot be returned, unless faulty. Return of special order items is at the discretion of Smitten. Please ensure you measure your dog as accurately as possible and if you have any concerns prior to purchasing please drop us a line to avoid incorrect sizing. Returns on all Clearance items are not accepted. Please note for all returns you must receive an authorisation/reference number from Smitten before returning the goods and this can be obtained by contacting us on business hours +61 2 60591188 or e-mail operations@smittenpets.com.au. All returned goods must be sent with a copy of the Smitten invoice as proof of purchase and the return reference number. Smitten recommends that returned products be sent by Australia Post and should be sent by registered or certified mail to: Smitten Pets, PO Box 8166, Wodonga, Victoria 3690 Smitten accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to Smitten.
